Cycling across the glassy, untouched waterways on your very own Waterbike, before the rest of the city wakes up, enjoying a hot, barista made coffee as you stop and take in your surroundings.

Your tour guide, Mark, has introduced these incredible watercraft to Australia and Sydney by Kayak are honoured to be the first to offer these amazing tours. Sydney Harbour is usually one of the busiest harbours in the world! But.. at sunrise, it is a whole other world. Crisp, fresh air. Still, glistening waters that shimmer in the early morning sun. The gentle sound of your Waterbike, gliding across the water as you gaze up at the Sydney Harbour Bridge, next to the early morning lights of Luna Park.

If you love coffee, gentle exercise, sunrises and maybe a cheeky instagram post, this tour could be what you’re looking for.

Waterbike tours depart daily out of Lavender Bay. Sunrise Waterbike Tour times will vary, depending on the sunrise time. Please check timetable for tour times and availability.

The cost for this unique private tour for two is $380 per couple, including your coffees, a personal Guide, all equipment and all photos.

What to wear:
Hat and sunscreen, comfortable clothing, board shorts or active wear recommended.

What to bring:
You don’t need to bring much other than a sense of adventure and the bare essentials. Your guide will provide you with a dry bag to put your belongings in. Dry bags are limited in size so keep items to a minimum. Your Guide will take photos and videos of you on the tour, so relax and enjoy the experience.

Things to know:
Keep in mind your feet will get wet when getting on and off the water bike, so watershoes, sandals or bare feet are recommended.

Chiliboats are incredibly safe and stable however they have a maximum weight restriction of 120kg.

Chiliboat seats are adjustable for leg lengths. For this reason we recommend no children under the age of 12 for our tours.
